I've spent 20 years building software, and the last several years have pushed me well past mobile into something broader: enterprise systems architecture, greenfield platform design, and the foundational engineering leadership work that most teams never get around to until it's too late.

I've designed and built multi-pillar orchestration platforms from scratch, translating external consulting specs into production-ready systems using TypeScript, Node.js, Next.js, and Azure. I've established SDLC from zero on teams that had none: environment separation, CI/CD, testing discipline, code review culture, audit-ready practices. I've been the person who walks into an organization with two vibe-coded apps and no engineering process, and turns it into something that can scale and survive an audit.

My career includes contract work with Apple on App Attestation, plus roles at Google, Rakuten, and numerous startups across fintech, health tech, IoT, and insurance. I've migrated legacy codebases, designed integration architectures, and optimized systems serving millions of users.

I still have deep roots in Swift, SwiftUI, and native iOS, where I've shipped 25+ apps to the App Store over 20 years on the Apple platform. I've shipped Android in Kotlin, built cross-platform solutions with Flutter and React Native, and managed DevOps and CI/CD pipelines across multiple organizations. Mobile is where I started, but the work has never stayed there.

I'm also a certified Professional Scrum Master. I've planned sprints, managed backlogs, run standups, and kept projects on track and on budget across teams of all sizes. I know how to balance technical debt with feature velocity, communicate to stakeholders who don't speak engineering, and remove the blockers that actually slow teams down.
